This came to life through the launch of 56 AI-integrated features and enhancements, including 17 zero-to-one AI integrations and innovative automation, 32 agentic contextual insights and actions, and a range of enhancements to financial service and user experience.

Agentforce automatically analyzes and surfaces key opportunities, with relevant projections, to help advisors more thoroughly pinpoint their clients goals and surpass them.

• TL;DR: An expansive collection of AI-driven Agent Actions including: Wealth Summary, Portfolio Performance Summary, Asset Allocation Analysis, Plans and Goals Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, and more.

RAG Studio for FSC
• TL; DR: Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) Studio will allow FSC customers to upload documents so the LLM can generate responses in context to the customers’ standards.
• Customer Value: FSC customers may opt to fine-tune an LLM with highly specialized and propriety financial data that enhances the model’s knowledge and capabilities. Rag Studio will allow FSC customers to upload documents that provide information for LLMs to provide the best applicable responses.
Embedded AI + Actions 
• TL;DR: Personalizes client summaries, gives prompts to change format, adds more data points, provides recommendations, actions include export and edit.
• Customer Value: Embedded AI Actions will accelerate wealth advisor productivity by collating a client summary with meaningful and personalized intelligence to use for client engagement. Contextual Alerts Framework
• TL;DR: An underlying Contextual Alerts framework to activate OOTB alerts in one click. Bringing the entire contextual alert set up experience for an admin into Financial Services with Salesforce Go.
• Customer Value: Provide the admin with the ability to explore new and unused features and set up alerts in less than 5 minutes to drive adoption. It’ll also reduce swivel chairing between Data Cloud and FSC.
Calculated Insights & Contextual Alerts
• TL;DR: Launch WAM, and Insurance DMOs along with calculated insights. Launch contextual alerts for the wealth asset management, and Insurance. Provide timely signals that encourage actionability, and benefits end clients.
• The wealth asset management, and insurance customers can now harness the power of calculated insights and contextual alerts that are personalized for their use cases. These calculated insights and contextual alerts can provide timely actionability and recommendations for their clients as well as improve business KPIs such as increase in AUM or increase in loan approvals.
Agentic Contextual Actions
• TL;DR: FINS users can have access to a list of actions that are relevant to the contextual alert based on the category of the contextual alert (retail banking, wealth management, lending and insurance use cases).
• Customer Value: FSC users become more efficient by choosing the right course of action in-line to the contextual alert and letting the agent handle the lower level, time consuming tasks.
Portfolio & Planning Enhancements
Tools like Portfolio Segmentation Views and Asset Allocation Visualization assist firms in optimizing investment strategies,

ARC PRG Support
• TL;DR: With PRG as the new household object in core, we want to support PRG object in ARC so that our customers can continue to construct a relationship graph including households.
• Customer Value: Customers can continue to use the power of ARC to view PRG objects and their relationship within ARC. Households are the primary entity that many FSC customers use especially in the Wealth Asset Management and Retail Banking sub verticals.
Al-Driven Document & Data Intelligence
Capabilities such as Summarize Client Calls and Update Client Account Notes reduce manual workloads, improve data accuracy, and ensure
compliance, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Setting Alerts to Flag Changes

• TL;DR: Salesforce SLDS2 Cosmos is the next evolution of the Salesforce user interface. It combines a new, more flexible technical framework (SLDS2) with a modern, clean visual refresh (Cosmos). This makes the Salesforce platform look better, and provides a foundation for future features like a dark mode and AI-ready components.

• Customer Value: Provides a modernized, intuitive design that boosts user productivity and enhances the user experience. Its flexible, next-generation framework allows for greater customization and future-proofs the platform, paving the way for upcoming features like AI integration and new themes..
